Peter has worked in the financial services industry for over 40 years. Initially specialising in personal tax matters for HMRC and then corporate pensions for around 25 years. In 1999 he moved into stockbroking and, after spells with WH Ireland and Fyshe Horton Finney, joined Walker Crips in April 2013. Peter specialises in private client work, especially the investment side of SIPPs and SSASs.

Simon Thompson

Simon joined Walker Crips in September 2013 for a one year apprentice programme working in the back office. Upon completion he moved to the Northampton office to assist his father and also spends time in the Birmingham office, where he works alongside the Investment Management team managing & maintaining client portfolios. Simon’s emphasis is on building long-term relationships with his clients, providing them with a trusted source of advice and investment solutions to help achieve their financial goals. Simon is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
