When you invest in the Japan Annual Kick-out Plan (HS532), you may receive an accumulated return of 10% for each year of your investment depending on the performance of the NIKKEI 225 Index.

The Plan has the potential to mature early (kick-out) on an Anniversary Date if the NIKKEI 225 Index is at or above its Initial Index Level.

Capital is at risk if the Index closes below 50% of its Initial Index Level on the Investment End Date.
You could lose some or all of your Initial Investment.

Possible kick-out from year one, and annually thereafter
Counterparty is HSBC Bank plc, which holds an 'A+' credit rating from Standard & Poor's
