UK & US Annual Kick-out Plan (MS195)

When you invest in the UK & US Annual Kick-out Plan (MS195), you may receive an accumulated return of 10% for each year that has elapsed since the Investment Start Date, depending on the performance of the FTSE 100 Index and the S&P 500 Index.

The Plan has the potential to mature early (kick-out) on an Anniversary Date where both Indices are at or above their Initial Index Levels.

Capital is at risk if either Index closes below 65% of its Initial Index Level on the Investment End Date.
You could lose some or all of your Initial Investment.

Overview

Investment Term: up to six years
Potential return of 10% per annum, payable on maturity
Possible kick-out from year one, and annually thereafter
Counterparty is Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, which holds an 'A+' credit rating from Standard & Poor's
