At Walker Crips, we want to support and assist you throughout your investment journey. However, we understand that your personal circumstances can sometimes mean you need a bit of extra help.

An unexpected life event can cause your circumstances to change, which can change what you need from us. Anyone can find themselves in need of additional help and support at some point in their life, as no one is immune to the human experience. 

You can let us know about anything, including but not limited to:
Financial difficulties
A bereavement
An illness, disability or impairment (e.g. visual/hearing)
Your mental ill-health
Taking on caring responsibilities
A divorce or other change to your domestic life
Domestic or financial abuse
Learning difficulties
Addiction

Even if you don’t feel like it’s a big deal or that it’s something that won’t directly impact your relationship with us, please do let us know so we can help you as best we can.
